Colorado Woman Missing Since Monday Last Seen At SFO

SAN FRANCISCO INT'L AIRPORT (CBS SF) -- Sheriff's deputies are asking for help finding a Colorado woman last seen Monday at San Francisco International Airport, according to the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office.

Teresita Atkins, 63, was last seen around 9:30 p.m. in the domestic terminal of the airport. She was scheduled to board a flight to Denver, Colorado, but did not board that flight, sheriff's officials said.

Atkins takes medication for her mental health and her family suspects she may have become confused and disoriented.

Atkins is 4 feet tall, about 90 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She may be wearing all dark clothing, sheriff's officials said. Atkins resides in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Anyone with information about Atkins is being asked to call the airport dispatch center at (650) 876-2424 or callers can remain anonymous by calling the sheriff's office tip line at (800) 547-2700.
