Police tweeted that the toddler was missing around 9:20 p.m. Saturday. Later at a press conference, spokeswoman Officer Grace Gatpandan said the child is considered 'at risk' because foul play is suspected in the mother's death.

Details as to Arianna's possible whereabouts are sketchy. Police said she and her mother frequented the San Francisco, San Mateo, Oakland/Emeryville, Fresno, Santa Cruz, and Silicon Valley areas, as well as Southern California.

Anyone who sees Arianna is asked to call 911 immediately. Anyone with information is urged to call the SFPD Homicide Unit at 415 553-1145.
