Mill Valley Police Arrest Man Found In Woman's Bedroom For Assault And Indecent Exposure

MILL VALLEY (CBS SF) -- Mill Valley police arrested a man suspected of assaulting a woman in her bedroom early Thursday morning.

The female resident on Miller Avenue called police around 3:50 a.m. to report she woke up to find a Hispanic man 30-40 years old in a black hoodie engaging in assaultive behaviors, police said.

The woman said the man left when she told him to and police arrested him around 4:45 a.m. based on the woman's description in the 300 block of Miller Avenue near Locust Avenue.

Kevin Keyes, 43, of Mill Valley, was arrested and booked in the Marin County jail for residential burglary, assault to commit rape and indecent exposure, police said.

Keyes is being held under $50,000 bail.
