Mercedes Driver Sought In Deadly Hit-And-Run Near Skyline College

SAN BRUNO (CBS SF) – Police are seeking the driver of a vehicle who fled after fatally striking a 27-year-old man early Monday morning in San Bruno.

At 1:40 a.m., police received a report of a person running in the roadway on Skyline Boulevard near College Drive, according to police.

While en route, officers learned a vehicle traveling south on Skyline Boulevard had struck the pedestrian. The vehicle then left the scene, police said.

Upon arrival, officers found San Bruno resident Scott Glasner lying in the roadway, suffering from major injuries. Medical crews arrived and pronounced Glasner dead at the scene, according to police.

The vehicle that struck Glasner is being described as a dark colored, newer model Mercedes-Benz SLK-Class. No license plate information is available, police said.
