OAKLAND (CBS SF) -- Two men who were injured in a shooting in East Oakland Tuesday night are refusing to cooperate with a police investigation into the incident, a dispatcher said.

At 8:56 p.m. officers received a report of a shooting in the 10000 block of MacArthur Boulevard near Foothill Boulevard, police said.

Two men who were injured in the shooting transported themselves to a nearby hospital and were treated for gunshot wounds that are not considered life-threatening, police said.

The men were uncooperative with the investigation and no suspect information has yet to be released, police said.
