Mark Zuckerberg Sparks Vaccination Controversy With Picture Of Daughter In Doctor's Office

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- While the debate over vaccinations rages on, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg made it clear which side he's on by sharing a picture of him and his daughter waiting in a doctor's office so she can get her shots.

"Doctor's visit – time for vaccines!" Zuckerberg wrote in the post Friday.

Some commenters took the opportunity to continue the debate over the safety of vaccines, but most of the comments were positive, commending Zuckerberg for making the choice to get Max vaccinated.

Even Gavin Newsom popped in to comment.

"Bravo Mark and Priscilla! Thank you for setting a good example," Newsom commented.
