Marina Man Arrested With Heroin, Loaded Gun

MARINA (CBS SF) -- Police arrested a 25-year-old man Friday afternoon in Marina after they found him in possession of a loaded gun and heroin.

Around 4:45 p.m., officers initiated a traffic stop on a driver for a vehicle violation near 140 Beach Road, police said.

Officers discovered the driver, identified as Ronnie Glaze, was driving on a suspended license, according to police.

A search of his vehicle led to the discovery of a loaded gun inside a backpack next to him. The gun was reported stolen.

Glaze, who is a felon, was also in possession of ammunition and heroin, police said.

Officers arrested him for possessing a loaded gun as well as possessing heroin. Glaze was booked into the Monterey County Jail.
