Man And Woman Allegedly Bludgeon Robbery Victim With Razor Scooter SF Mission District

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- A man and a woman remain at large after allegedly hitting a man over the head with a Razor scooter and then robbing him in San Francisco's Mission District early Thursday morning, police said.

At about 1 a.m., two men in their 30s were near the intersection of 15th and Natoma streets when a man and woman approached them, according to police.

The first suspect, described as a man in his 20s, hit one of the men over the head several times with the scooter, causing the victim to fall to the ground and lose consciousness, police said.

The male suspect and his female accomplice, described as being in her 30s, grabbed the victim's property while the second victim tried to stop them.

The suspects fled the scene with the victim's cellphone and cash and have not been arrested, police said.

The victim, who lost consciousness and suffered cuts to his mouth and temple, was transported to San Francisco General Hospital. His injuries are not considered life-threatening, according to police.
