25-year-old Wesley Alexander Ramsey was reportedly so upset about the loud construction noise at an apartment complex.

Police said Ramsey started threatening to shoot people.

The incident happened Friday afternoon at a complex on Arastradero Road.

The apartment manager and a couple construction workers told police that the man pointed what looked like a semi-automatic handgun and a knife at them.

Surveillance video later showed Ramsey firing multiple pellets at the workers.

No one was hurt.

Police booked Ramsey into the Santa Clara Main Jail for felony assault with a deadly weapon, and other charges.
