Man Shot In SF's Haight Ashbury Refusing To Cooperate With Police

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- A man shot in the Haight Ashbury area of San Francisco Tuesday night is refusing to cooperate with investigators, according to police.

The shooting was reported in the 600 block of Stanyan Street near Haight Street at 8:56 p.m.

A male victim who'd apparently been shot was found at the scene but he refused to disclose any information, according to police spokesman Officer Carlos Manfredi.

"Apparently the victim is uncooperative and refusing to speak to police," Manfredi said.

Further details about the victim's condition were not immediately available.
