Man Shot Dead In Oakland
OAKLAND (CBS SF) -- A man was shot dead early Sunday morning near downtown Oakland, police said.
The shooting occurred at 4:15 a.m. at 13th and Harrison streets, three blocks from the main branch of the Oakland Public Library.
No arrests have been made, according to police.
