Man Killed In East Oakland Shooting

OAKLAND (CBS SF) -- A man was killed in a shooting in East Oakland early Sunday morning, police said.

Officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 2000 block of 83rd Avenue around 6:15 a.m., Officer J. Moore said.

Arriving officers found the man at the scene and he was pronounced dead about 15 minutes later, Moore said.

No arrests were made, he said.
