Major Delays On BART Between Lake Merritt And West Oakland

OAKLAND (CBS SF) -- BART passengers in the East Bay were experiencing major delays Monday evening due to an equipment problem on the track.

BART officials announced the problem on social media around 8 p.m., saying that trains between the Lake Merritt and West Oakland stations are experiencing 20-minute delays in the Daly City direction.
