Magnitude 4.9, 2.6 Earthquakes Hit Bakersfield Area

BAKERSFIELD (CBS SF) -- A pair of earthquakes hit the Bakersfield area Tueaday afternoon, the USGS reported.

The magnitude 4.9 and 2.6 earthquakes hit near Wasco just after 4 p.m.

No damage or injuries were initially reported.
