You Won't Guess What Klay Thompson's Dad Watched Over Game 7

(CBS SF) -- Klay Thompson's dad, NBA great Mychal Thompson, probably saved himself a ton of sweat, fingernails and a few years on his life by missing Game 7 of the Western Conference Finals.

But, what he also missed was one of the best performances in a Game 7 by the two-headed monster of his son and Steph Curry. Curry and Thompson combined for 57 points and shot over 50 percent from the arc going 13-25, a number that largely contributed to the end of the Oklahoma City Thunder's season.

While the biggest game of the season was going on, Mychal was busy watching something else because he couldn't bear the dramatics.
