Kings of Leon's 'Find Me' Video Continues Bizarre Trip

By Amanda Wicks

(RADIO.COM) – The story Kings of Leon began in their last video "Waste a Moment" continues in their latest visual "Find Me."

Directed by Dimitri Basil, the strange events that peppered "Waste a Moment" (from random people dropping dead to a fight with a ponytailed older man) continue when an entire school disappears in "Find Me." Local authorities race against the clock to find the mysterious older man (the same one from "Waste a Moment") who seems to be connected to the troubling occurrence.

The video meshes together the imagery and tone of Stranger Things with Twin Peaks to achieve its antiquated, small-town feel. There's even a scene in a luxury business office where the lights begin to flicker a la Netflix's beloved recent series Stranger Things.

Things take a bizarre turn, though, when a news program several adults are watching across different locations leads to their deaths.

"Find Me" appears on Kings of Leon's seventh studio album WALLS. The southern rock band will perform live at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco on Friday, January 27th.
