KCBS In Depth: San Francisco Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi Addresses Lynne Spalding Case

SAN FRANCISCO (KCBS)— San Francisco Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi addresses the Lynne Spalding case, in which his department has been criticized in conjunction with SF General Hospital in their handling of the investigation for the missing patient's body, later found in a stairwell.

Mirkarimi also claims San Francisco County jails are in a unique and "enviable" position because of their under-crowded population.
