Jeb Bush Drops Out Of GOP Presidential Race
SOUTH CAROLINA (CBS SF) -- After a poor showing in South Carolina, Jeb Bush announced he was dropping out of the race for the Republican presidential nomination.
"I am suspending my campaign," he told supporters supporters in Columbia, S.C.
Bush thanked his family and supporters. The former Florida governor drew enormous financial support from donors but seemed unable to capitalize on the Bush family legacy.
