Injury Crash Blocks Lanes Of Highway 24 During Morning Commute

ORINDA (CBS SF) - A crash between a big-rig and pickup truck briefly blocked lanes of westbound state Highway 24 in Orinda during the morning commute Tuesday.

The crash was reported at 7:20 a.m. on westbound Highway 24 near the Camino Pablo off-ramp.

At least one person suffered minor injuries in the collision, which blocked the two left lanes of the highway for about 40 minutes, CHP Officer Ron Simmons said.

The crash was cleared from the roadway and the lanes reopened at about 8 a.m.
