Images Of New Apple iPads Leaked Onto iTunes Store Ahead Of Thursday's Announcement

CUPERTINO (CBS SF) -- One day before Apple is expected to unveil their latest iPads, screenshots of the devices have already appeared early on iTunes.

According to CNET, images of the new iPad Air and iPad Mini were revealed in an official user guide to the iOS 8 operating system for iBooks.

The guide showed both new iPads have Touch ID fingerprint scanners and look similar to previous models. On the iPad Air, the camera on the tablet will have a burst mode to take multiple photos in rapid succession.

Apple is scheduled to make the announcement in Cupertino at 10 a.m. Thursday morning. Tech analysts said Apple could also reveal new details about its latest Mac operating system OS X Yosemite and possibly unveil new Mac computers.
