Home Burglary Interrupted In Pleasanton; 4 Sacramento Residents Arrested

PLEASANTON (CBS SF) -- Four people were arrested during an interrupted home burglary in Pleasanton on Monday afternoon, a police lieutenant said.

Police received a call from a citizen who saw four people kick down the door of a home on Diamond Court and enter the residence around 12:30 p.m., Pleasanton police Lt. Jim Knox said.

Officers responded and quickly set up a perimeter around the home, Knox said.

Three suspects came out of the front door as officers were approaching the home, Knox said.

One of the suspects was arrested immediately while the other two fled on foot, he said.

One suspect was found in the backyard and the other was found a short time later, according to Knox.

The fourth suspect was found in a black Cadillac Escalade on Sunol Boulevard and was arrested, he said.

A search of the Escalade found property taken in another residential burglary earlier Monday, Knox said.

The suspects were identified as Sacramento residents Jacob Ryan Crozier, 26, Ignocincio Lopez Jr., 30, Dominic Carillo Lopez, 21, and Andreas Buford, 19.

An investigation into the burglary is ongoing. Anyone with information about the case is asked to contact Pleasanton police at (925) 931-5100.
