Hog Island Oyster Van Slides Off Icy Highway 1 Into Tomales Bay

TOMALES BAY (CBS SF) -- A Hog Island Oyster van slid off an icy Highway 1 and into Tomales Bay Thursday, the California Highway Patrol said.
The CHP says the driver took a curve too fast and braked, causing the tires to lose traction.
The van rolled over before landing on its wheels in about three to four feet of water.
The driver escaped without suffering major injuries.
