Hidden Methamphetamine Lead To Man's Arrest In Morgan Hill

MORGAN HILL (CBS SF) -- Police arrested a 48-year-old man in Morgan Hill Friday after officers found over $1000 worth of drugs hidden inside his vehicle.

Officers stopped the man for vehicle code violations as he was driving near Dunne Avenue and San Simeon Drive, police said.

Officers then learned the man, identified as Daniel Velasco, was driving on a suspended license, according to police.

Officers found a large amount of methamphetamine hidden inside his vehicle, police said.

Officers arrested Velasco on suspicion of narcotic sales. He was booked into the Santa Clara County Main Jail, according to police.
