Grass Fire Burning Near Interstate 580 At Eden Canyon In Castro Valley
CASTRO VALLEY (CBS SF) -- A fast-moving grass fire burned near westbound Interstate 580 at the Eden Canyon off-ramp during Wednesday afternoon rush hour.
No injuries or road closures were reported, but with the hot weather and dry conditions, fire crews are concerned about any fire.
Traffic was at a crawl through the area as of 4:50 p.m.
