13-Year-Old Girl Found Safe After Running Away From San Jose Home

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) - An at-risk teenage girl who ran away from her San Jose home Monday was safely located and reunited with her family, police said Wednesday morning.

Cyana "Nana" O'Donnel, 13, had run away from her home in the 2900 block of David Avenue. She was considered at-risk because of health issues that required medication.

She was safely located in San Jose late Tuesday evening and reunited with her family, police said Wednesday morning.
