Giants Fans Find $15 Alternative To Pricey AT&T Park Parking With SF-Based App

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- Giants fans armed with smartphones found cheap valet parking for Monday's NLDS game at AT&T Park with the help of a San Francisco-based app.

Startup company Zirx offers users valet parking in the SoMa area of the city for a $15 daily fee, including during Giants games.

The app connects drivers with people willing to park their car for the fee, but is only available on weekdays in a designated area of the city.

The app offers fans a cheap alternative to parking lots and private spots being advertised for up to $50.

"We have a very loyal base of Giants fans that use us for every single game," Zirx co-founder Shmulik Fishman told the San Francisco Business Times.
