Roads Reopen Following Gas Line Rupture in American Canyon

AMERICAN CANYON (CBS SF) -- All roads have reopened in the area where a natural gas line broke in American Canyon on Thursday afternoon, Napa County sheriff's officials said.

The leak in the area of Commerce Boulevard and Green Island Road was initially reported by the Sheriff's Office in a 1:18 p.m. alert.

Sheriff's officials said the response to the leak had caused traffic backups in the area but that all roads had reopened as of 2:45 p.m.
