'Game of Thrones' Author George R.R. Martin Signs-Up For A Twitter Account

(CBS NEWS) - George R.R. Martin, the man behind the books that inspired HBO's "Game of Thrones," has a new writing project -- one of the 140-character variety.

The author has joined Twitter, and started things off by sending fans a message on Monday. (Don't worry, it's spoiler-free.)
