Free Porn Offered To Republican Delegates In Response To 'Public Menace' Declaration

SAN FRANCISCO (KCBS) -- A San Francisco adult film producer wants to give Republican delegates free access to pornography for the next several months.

Many people think of pornography as  degrading to women, but Madeline Marlowe with adult film producer Kink.com in San Francisco's Mission District says what her company does is far from that.

"What we do is between consenting adults. What we do is empowering to women, and I believe in the long run it makes for better sexual relationships," Marlowe told KCBS.

In response to a Republican Party platform amendment unanimously approved by a delegate committee this week that declares porn to be a public health crisis and a public menace, Kink is offering Republican delegates a free pass to its sites and content.

"When they come to get the pass, they're going to come to thousands and thousands of pornographic films, and these films showcase a broad range of sexuality and gender," Marlowe said.

Kink's offer is good until November. Republicans officially will adopt their party platform at the National convention next week.
