Fire Tears Through Home In South San Jose
SAN JOSE (CBS SF) - Fire crews knocked down a two-alarm house fire Thursday afternoon on a residential street off of Monterey Road in South San Jose, fire officials said.
Firefighters were dispatched at 1:54 p.m. to 5232 Broken Lance Court north of Chynoweth Avenue, about a block west of Monterey Road, a fire dispatcher said.
Fire Capt. Cleo Doss said that firefighters doused the fire at 2:20 p.m.
