Fairfield Police Investigate Friday-Night Shooting That Sent 2 To Hospital

FAIRFIELD (CBS SF) -- Police in Fairfield are investigating a shooting that occurred Friday night and sent two people to the hospital.

Officers with the Fairfield Police Department responded Friday at 8:42 p.m. to a report of a shooting in the parking lot of the Town House Inn at 2170 North Texas St.

Officers located two men in their 20s suffering from gunshot wounds.

The victims were transported to the hospital with injuries that were not considered life threatening.

The incident closed East Pacific Avenue between North Texas Street and Santa Ana Drive for a short time as investigators worked the scene.
