Five Escaped Teens Back In Custody At Morgan Hill Detention Facility

MORGAN HILL (CBS SF) -- The last of five juvenile suspects who escaped from a detention facility for teenage boys Saturday night was safely back in custody Sunday morning, according to police.

At 9:14 p.m. Saturday the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Department requested assistance apprehending five juveniles who escaped from the William F. James Boys Ranch in Morgan Hill, according to police.

Four of those boys were apprehended around 11:15 p.m., but Anthony Ruezga of San Jose remained at large Saturday night.

At 7:22 a.m. today the Morgan Hill Police Department issued a statement indicating that the boy had been apprehended, and safely returned to the ranch.
