Emeryville's Pixar Studios Bringing Home Another Oscar For 'Inside Out'

EMERYVILLE (CBS SF) -- Emeryville's Pixar Animation Studios won best animated feature film Sunday night at The 88th Academy Awards.

Pixar's Pete Docter and Jonas Rivera won for "Inside Out," which tells the story of a girl from the Midwest whose father takes a new job and moves the family to San Francisco, Pixar's website says.

Inside Riley are five emotions narrated by five different speakers who guide Riley through her new life in a new house, city, and school.  Sometimes the emotions are in turmoil.

Pixar has produced animated short and feature films for more than 25 years, the company's website says.
