Fire Crews Knock Down 2-Alarm Structure Fire at San Lorenzo Warehouse
SAN LORENZO (CBS SF) -- Fire crews in Alameda County were able to contain a two-alarm warehouse fire in San Lorenzo Wednesday afternoon, according to authorities.
The fire burning on the the 16500 block of Worthley Drive in San Lorenzo was first reported at 12:55 p.m., fire officials said.
The Alameda County Fire Twitter account posted about the fire just after 1 p.m.

Heavy, black smoke was rising from the fire, authorities said. Residents were asked to avoid the area. The fire was reportedly started on the roof of a warehouse.
Fire officials later said crews were able to isolate the fire to the roof of the building and prevent it from spreading to the interior of the warehouse.
At 12:55 PM, ACFD crews responded to a structure fire off Baumann Ave in San Lorenzo, with smoke & flame seen. The call was quickly upgraded to a 2nd alarm. Crews were able to hold the fire to the roof & prevent extension into the interior. No known injuries. #ALCOFIRE pic.twitter.com/HmO6lvaafR

There were no known injuries. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
