Deftones' Guitarist Promises New Album This Spring
(RADIO.COM) – Deftones guitarist Stephen Carpenter says the Sacramento band's new album will drop on April 8th.
During an interview at the NAMM convention in Anaheim, Carpenter tells a spokesman for ESP Guitars, "[We're] sitting around waiting for the release of our new record. It comes out April 8th. We have some dates in Texas in March, in May-June we're off to Europe for some festivals out there. We'll play for all the people who are interested and want to hear it."
It will be the band's first new music since 2012's Koi No Yokan.
