Man Caught On Surveillance Video Trying To Break Into Daly City Home

DALY CITY (CBS SF) -- Police were asking for the public's help to identify a man seen on surveillance video trying to break into a Daly City home Wednesday afternoon.

Around 3:20 p.m., the suspect was seen trying to gain entry into a home in the 100 block of Seashore Drive, according to police.

The suspect allegedly checked the home's doors to see if they were unlocked, police said.

He's described as a white man, about 50 years old, between 5 feet 7 inches and 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing between 160 and 180 pounds, with a white beard, according to police.
