Missing Bay Point boy found safe
BAY POINT -- An 11-year-old boy who went missing from his Bay Point home late Saturday night has been located.
According to the Contra Costa County Sheriff's Office, an alert citizen spotted the boy, identified as Kelvin Castillo, and called the sheriff's office. Deputies found him in good health and returned him to his family.
