Clean Shaven Bumgarner Talk Of Giants Photo Day
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (CBS SF) – San Francisco Giants ace Madison Bumgarner was almost as well known for his flowing locks and scruffy beard as he is for his potent fastball.

So when the Giants released their photos through Getty Images Monday it appeared they had missed the ace of the San Francisco pitching staff.
But on closer look that clean-shaven, well-shorn pitcher that looked like a fresh-faced rookie was indeed Madison Bumgarner.
Could it be that Madbum has given up on the oft-used Giants slogan 'Fear The Beard.'
There was no immediate word for the reason behind the youthful look.
