CBS Bay Area Word Of The Day - February 28th

Today's word is of Yiddish origin and means a "a dumpling, usually a small ball of matzo meal with eggs and salt." It was spelled correctly by Arvind V. Mahankali to win the 2013 final. Do you know it?
