Cast of 'Hamilton' to Perform at The GRAMMYs

(CBS SF) – Broadway is going back to The GRAMMYs. The cast of the Broadway musical Hamilton will be performing at this year's ceremony.

This will be the eighth time a musical theater performance will be shown at the annual event and the first time in 5 years. The performance will broadcast live via satellite from the Richard Rodgers Theatre in New York. The awards show will be live from the STAPLES Center in Los Angeles.

As part of a national tour, "Hamilton" is set to debut at the SHN Orpheum Theatre in San Francisco in March of 2017.
