Caltrain Reports Friday Evening Delays After Pedestrian Struck In San Jose

SAN JOSE (CBS SF) -- Caltrain officials reported that trains were experiencing delays Friday evening after a pedestrian was struck south of Diridon Station in San Jose.

The pedestrian was up and walking after the incident, according to a Twitter report from a Caltrain official.

Trains are reportedly experiencing delays of up to 30 minutes following the incident.

A Caltrain spokeswoman has not responded yet to a request for further information.
