California Court Rules Companies Must Reimburse Employees For Work-Related Cell Phone Calls

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- If you use your cell phone for work, with a company "Bring Your Own Device" policy, you could be seeing more money in your paycheck.

The ruling does not go into effect for at least another month.

The court recommends employers review their cell phone policies in light of the decision.
