2.5 Magnitude Quake Strikes In Pacific Ocean Off Of Marin County Coast
BOLINAS (CBS SF) - A minor earthquake struck in the Ocean off of the Marin County coast Wednesday.
The U.S. Geological Survey said the earthquake measured magnitude 2.5 and struck at a depth of 6 kilometers at 7:41 a.m. local time, in the water South West of Bolinas.
The location is just west of the San Andreas Fault.
No injuries or damage were reported or likely due to the remote location.
