Body Discovered In Golden Gate Park

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) – A body was discovered in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park Wednesday morning, a police spokeswoman said.

Police were notified of the body at 7:57 a.m. near Chain of Lakes Drive East and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, police spokeswoman Officer Grace Gatpandan said.

The medical examiner's office responded to determine how the person died. Police investigators have not determined whether foul play is suspected, Gatpandan said.
