Berkeley Mail Carrier Accused Of Dumping Ballot Guides

BERKELEY (KCBS) – A mail carrier in Berkeley is under fire, for allegedly dumping ballot guides in a recycling bin.

U.S. Postal Service officials said they started investigating last week after 96 ballot guides turned up in the bin.

That worker could face criminal charges as well as being fired.
