Ben & Jerry's Announces Free Ice Cream Scoop Day

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- Fans of free stuff rejoice! Ben & Jerry's ice cream is offering free scoops the day before taxes are due next month.

Picking a flavor for your free scoop may be the most difficult decision you make on Tuesday, April 14^th.
