4 Injured In Baseball-Bat Bash Up At Vallejo Easter Party

VALLEJO (CBS SF) -- Four people were hospitalized Sunday morning in Vallejo after a fight involving a baseball bat, according to police.

At 10:54 a.m., police responded to the 1800 block of Louisiana Street, police spokesman Lt. Kevin Bartlett said.

A group of family members had gathered in the area to celebrate Easter. Some people in the group allegedly began arguing, possibly over a loose dog. The argument escalated and turned physical after someone brought out a baseball bat, according to Bartlett.

Some of the victims were hit in the head. The four victims were take to a hospital with injuries not considered life-threatening, Bartlett said.
