BART Reports Major Delays System-Wide Thursday Night

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- BART is reporting major delays system-wide due to an equipment problem on the track.

Moments before the notice was posted to social media, BART officials said a delay was developing at the Embarcadero station in the East Bay direction.
