Amber Alert For California Infant Deactivated, Child Found Safe

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- An Amber Alert issued for a missing infant in Central California was deactivated Friday after the child was found safe.

The California Highway Patrol said the five-month Hispanic boy has been abducted in Fresno. The CHP tweeted about 5:00 p.m. that the boy had been found.

There was no information immediately available about the status of the suspect, 30-year-old Jose Rosario Gastelum

He is a Hispanic male, five-foot-10 and 185 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a purple tank top and shorts.

The suspect car is a 2011 White Honda Accord with a California license plate 7LUE318.
