Brown lawns and higher water bills has Californians everywhere constantly reminded of the Golden State's dismal drought situation.
So when dark storm clouds swept across the Bay Area Wednesday and unleashed a now somewhat foreign material known as "rain," people were quick to react on Twitter and Instagram.
